Position: Research Operations Manager, Data Analyst, and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Beth Kaeke Michael is an experienced Research Operations Manager and Data Analyst with a strong background in research management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and advanced data analysis. She has over seven years of experience managing complex research projects in various domains, including randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and impact evaluations. With a BSc in Statistics and Programming and certifications in M&E and global health research, Beth excels at integrating both quantitative and qualitative research methods to drive data-driven insights and improve program effectiveness.
Research Operations Management: Experienced in planning, executing, and overseeing research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Data Analysis & Software Proficiency: Skilled in statistical analysis using R, SPSS, STATA, and NVivo, with expertise in techniques such as regression discontinuity design (RDD) and propensity score matching (PSM) for program evaluation.
